blue&proud
would you value him at that? http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,12874_7036336,00.html
ghostofcecere
£200K seems about right to me, you can't blame Dale for trying to squeeze a bit more out of Wednesday for him though.

jimsleftfoot
would you value him at that? http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,12874_7036336,00.html Probably. I always thought we should have given him a decent run in the team when we had him here.
Lookers_Carl
Did we have a sell on clause? 200k for a striker who scored nine league goals last season (both Taylor and Stephens scored more from midfield),has one year left on his contract and a fee which is double what Rochdale paid for him seems a good deal to me, But it seems like Dale have the resolve to get as much as they possibly can out of the deal, so fair play to them. Latics_Fanatic
Did we have a sell on? Probably not, but will be a nice bit of money if we do... Should be putting them on most deals now, don't see why not, you never know what a player will go on to do...
OldhamSheridan
Jesus, with Megson in charge and Sheffield United in financial meltdown, this is a race to the bottom to rival the pensions.

GravityGrave
Brings alot more to dale's attacking play than goals though.
Zorrro
Nope, just 9 Which is still more than any of our forwards scored. Oh, and they finished above us too.
Gaz_Oafc
The speculation was anywhere between 300k-500k so the wendies are probably testing the water! I hope we do have a sell on clause! Theres a bloke on chesterfields forum who knows him and he said last time he spoke to him (a few days ago) he hadnt heard of any solid interest only speculation, he was enjoying his time at rochdale but if the right move came along he'd have no problems in going! Oh Heck C-Beck
It is a shame the management could have got the best out of COG during his time here. Sheridan seemed to sign an awful lot of players which he then decided never to play.

Lookers_Carl
Chris Taylors a winger Exactly my point though Razza, he is a winger/midfield player, yet him, along with Stephens, still managed to score more goals than OGrady, who is a striker. Though he too played a fair few games up front. Time to give it up, COG continues to prove you all wrong. He's a player and always was.
