Dave78
According to the Charlton site they have reduced ticket prices for this game to £10 adults and £5 over 60's/under 21's. It doesnt say whether its for Latics fans though. Hope we do.

opinions4u
Praise be! Train tickets not as cheap as they can be for a London trip (maybe not helped by QPR v Utd that day). Feel free to book train tickets via First TransPennine using this link and PlayerShare get 1% of the price back. No delivery charge or card surcharge. Also worth train travellers getting a Bite Card - 20% off at loads of station concessions. http://www.bitecard.co.uk/getacard.asp?r=nc

Slash
Pretty sure it's a football league rule that you can't charge away fans more than home fans. Didn't we have to let Grimsby fans in for free on Celebration Sunday?
opinions4u
Pretty sure it's a football league rule that you can't charge away fans more than home fans. I thought this. But it was £1 cheaper in the Tranmere end at Prenton Park.

pukka
Was always going to this anyway... happy days!! Last season Bradford charged Stockport fans £20 - but it was £1 in the home end. My mate who is a county fan was in the home end. Edited November 16, 2011 by pukka
Zorrro
I've just had an email back from Charlton: Ryan, Hope all is well? Tickets are available on the day or by Oldham direct at the £10 or £5 price, Kind Regards Woop woop. Everyone on the Booze Bus! (Not an actual bus.) BigfinLatic
I've just had an email back from Charlton: Woop woop. Everyone on the Booze Bus! (Not an actual bus.) Very personal response. You a regular complainer to Charlton about the price of tickets? I assume palace must have played there recently. We could get the bus I suppose, however the train will do. Didn't we have to let Grimsby fans in for free on Celebration Sunday? It is indeed. There are ways around it, as people have mentioned, such as collecting vouchers from a local newspaper for a discount, which the away fans will obviously find very difficult to do. HarryBosch
We should take a big following to this, considering.... £34.60 return on the train including a ticket for tube zones 1 to 6 £10 to get in £45 for a London away, only 2 hours by train from Piccadily. opinions4u
Is this offer still going got a link? Latest train out is 8.35am. opinions4u
Is this offer still going got a link? Hi Tom. Got your message but can't reply to it for some reason (work laptop). Yes, the £34.60 one is the one you mention with the Travelcard. Last train out of Piccadilly appears to be 8.35am. Check the restrictions on the ticket, the main one being that it's a day return. Use the link below to book ... then PlayerShare gets an extra 35p. That'll pay for Kuqi's little toe for an extra 30 seconds! http://www.spendandraise.com/xtra/shop/goto.php?rb=3-2829
