Twisbrogan
Poor sod. Hopefully will still get a chance to prove himself. Based on last weeks Boundary Blues party, he seems like a thoroughly likeable bloke.

Crusoe
Hope this is just a short break. Three appearances — and three from the bench — in a six month contract doesn't bode well.
rudemedic
Wonder how much he is on .. how long do we stay patient with him... Shame as that run and cross against Huddersfield was carazy !! His contract runs out on the 19th of January- I'd like us to sign him as I think he's better than Black and Mellor at LB and could easily play at LM as well (unlike Black). However, we aren't going to sign him if he's still injured. Hopefully it was just a twinge and because he's recovering from a more serious hamstring injury on the same leg we subbed him as a precaution. We could do with him being fit for Anfield but that may be too much to ask for.
oafc1955
Although he's a great prospect I can't see us giving him another contract until he can prove his fitness.....we can't afford to pay a player to sit in the stand.
Diego_Sideburns
Tarkowski also injured after 73 mins. Second half report It went to a penalty shoot-out – Bolton won 4-2 – Brooke and Mancini missed, but Eaves didn’t. Shoot out Mickey Mouse competition! I think that's where I'm at with it / him. We can't carry passengers and if he can't stay fit; we have a problem. It's no good him better than Black & Mellor (others words; I'll reserve judgement) if he can't play....... Shame though, hope it was a precautionary measure and it's not that serious. steveoafc
I like the look of him and hope he's just had some bad luck, rather than he's an injury prone type of player.
Diego_Sideburns
The good news is it's not Diallo's hamstring problem again. The not so good news is it's a pelvic problem. The bad news is that Winchester got injured and has his left ankle in a protective boot. OS
steveoafc
We seem to have hit that period where we are picking up niggly injuries. Let's hope they're only temporary and don't disrupt what's turning out to be a satisfactory season.
Crusoe
So Clarke goes back, and Winchester, Diallo and Tarkowski picked up knocks of varying seriousness. We could be fairly thin defensively. There's cover in Mathew Carr, but I'm not sure if any of the youth team are ready to fill in the gaps.

Glass half empty moment, but at Anfield our back for could be: Mellor - Diamond - Carr - Parker
