And it had a really weird structure with like a humongous tier that literally hung over the pitch. Looks bonkers, even on that image. "The Football Grounds of Great Britain" was first published in 1983 and revised in 1987. It obviously is about league grounds (all of them) as Football and Scottish Leagues were then constituted.
