deyres42
Has to be Wellens' red card against Tranmere when we had just gone top of the table under Shez http://news.bbc.co.u...v_2/6305301.stm Blimey, look at the attendance for that game
JonesyOAFC
Not demolishing the Lookers stand. And one thing I wouldn't have changed is the badge. I actually boil up with rage every time I see it, Bruce Banner style.

stargazer
Simpson to take the penalty at Chesterfield in the JPT , instead of Kuqi. Pivotal moment of our season imo . Other than that not signing goal machine Luke Beckett , just about sums up the last 18 years.

longtimeblue
I don't think it's ever applied in the play offs We got done by Leeds on away goals in the play offs
Stevie_J
It still grates me that he missed three reasonably straight-forward chances that day, never had any real affinity with the club or fans and yet was made manager the following season. Other than that, the QPR game was obviously massive - if I could change one thing it would be Fitz Hall's last minute shot at Loftus Road went in, rather than being spectacularly saved by their 'keeper. Wayne Andrews had been sent off by then, but I still reckon we could have done 'em had that gone in.... That keeper being a certain Chris Day. Lee Sinnott
We should have let the club fold in 2003 and put us all out of our misery.

rudemedic
Away goal advantage was abolished after the 1998-99 season. See http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Football_League_play-offs#section_2
Midsblue
....rather than accepting the "I'll be here next season" speech that Chris Moore gave in that pub before the QPR semi-final second leg, we got the f@cker to sign a contract committing to it rather than screwing us over when we lost Edited May 30, 2012 by Midsblue
rosa
Sami Hyypia More recently, i honestly think if Sheridan had stuck with the Alessandra-Hughes pairing up front instead of drafting in a series of loan strikers, we would have gone up in 2009. Butter
We would have brought in a proven striker when Porter was out injured, instead of :censored:e like Glombard.

Interestingly, you could argue that if PD had stuck with Alessandra on the left we might have done better as well. He didn't float managers' boats for some reason or another. L1onheart
Still, Graeme fecking Sharp! None of the above would have happened and we would have won the Champions League on penalties last week! Blue Fecking Kipper my arse

24hoursfromtulsehill
I reckon missing out on Patrick Berger was us basically conceding that we'd be mediocre for a couple of decades. Crucial decision. Other than that, I'd change Lookers stand demolition. I'd also have moved home fans to the RRE instead of "asking the fans" what they wanted. Since when did "fans" make the best decisions (or any decisions)?

Must have been a tough choice for em both
JohnnyPimp
Aside from changing the outcome of the QPR play-off game, it would have to be bringing in a decent striker to play with Porter in January 2007.
