Use spamgourmet http://spamgourmet.com/ Lets you link your real email address to an INFINITEish number of different email address that send your own email address 2, 3 or however many emails you decide you want from the site you are signing up to, usually just enough to allow you to send the confirmation email (not needed in this case) to make it look like they have a bona fide address on their system. While I applaud the idea I do think we should stick to real email accounts, even if they're dormant or rarely used. It's easy enough to unsubscribe from Secret Escapes and their mailing isn't intrusive. Don't forget you do get a £20 account credit through this, so it might actually give you a genuine saving too Getting something that's not real to increase registrations runs the risk of the PlayerShare WebShop getting suspended. Anyone else doing this, even at 25p an address? I'll have a browse through. Sometimes the mobile phone companies pay £1 for taking a free sim. I've also had 250 free "PlayerShare Webshop" cards printed. Thought about pubs etc handing a few out to known Latics fans. Any suggestions as to which ones are best?
