oldhamandy1
Of course his odds are going up Sky are reporting he's talking to them and he was no where near in the odd stakes yesterday, he isn't going anywhere unless Corney sacks which he won't do for a few weeks anyway. LeylandLatic
Let them speak to him and Taggart Ritchie and Bunn for me, get some bums on seats I think we should bring back Jimmy Frizzell with Eric Gemmell as his no.
Lukers1
Done deal Eyres and Reid the dynamic scouse duo! Your not far wrong with the idea, its crying out for an experienced manager with a young hungry coach.

If he did get offered the job then he would be stupid not to take it, Coventry are a decent size club with a bit of dosh to spend plus a couple more losses here could see him lose his job. HarryBosch
what compo would we expect should he go? it's uncanny!
HarryBosch
If he did get offered the job then he would be stupid not to take it, Coventry are a decent size club with a bit of dosh to spend I thought they were in a mess financially? (not that this means the Football League would stop them spending)
4froale
I thought they were in a mess financially? (not that this means the Football League would stop them spending) Technically they are but that hasnt stopped them signing players such as john fleck and kevin kilbane amongst others. Midsblue
Coventry are in the :censored: financially and have no cash to spend on players so its a case of getting the most out of what they have in the squad already....sounds familiar! Lags
Coventry are in the :censored: financially and have no cash to spend on players so its a case of getting the most out of what they have in the squad already....sounds familiar! It all just proves the players are on far too much money across all clubs and leagues. How you stop that now is the hard one. Every club and fans want or crave some success. This blanket plan we have now just ensure's the bigger clubs 95% of the time will have the success. You may say this as always been the case, which is true however, the likes of the wimbledon story or dare I say it the Royle period will become near on impossible. mikejh45
It does but we don't have Carl Baker, Kevin Kilbane or Cody McDonald... Easily sorted........Dickov to put out a formation with Baker at RW, Kilbane at LB and McDonald at attacking CM.
