oldhamathleticmad
God forbid the players have a laugh and joke outside WORK which essentially what it is. If you've had a bad few weeks at work does that mean your barred from having fun or going to the pub?
MaskedOwl
if I was in training I wouldn't be eating pizza

oldhamathleticmad
I agree on the whole pizza thing is a bad idea but the fact they're laughing and joking does show team togetherness and I'd rather see that than blame and bitterness there allowed to unwind

MaskedOwl
They eat Nandos every other week - that's not healthy. Cant u just get spicy chicken at nandos tho? Don't have to eat the other crap. Pizza is bad no matter what.
Tommy_Fent
Pasta and Chicken is in most cases the perfect diet for an Athlete
Omar Don't Scare
Is this even a topic? Oh god I'm commenting on it. Nandos is sourced from lean chicken so not that bad. As for Pizza Hut it's just so croft can fill up on Salad. Step away from the cookie dough

Latics_Fanatic
Zorrro keeps his almost girl-like form despite eating it every day. Must have a mixed-leaf salad, plain chicken and no dressing
rudemedic
It's a common misconception that eating no fat is good for professional athletes. But to get back to the OP, I doubt the legitimacy of his statement and whilst some of the responses have not been taken in, some sound like they have. Maybe they had quite a large bet on the 2-1 outcome of the game and were laughing at poor Smithy having to nod in the own goal, after Whittaker missed the penalty.
