NOTE: This information may be out-of-date in an ever-changing world.

Kidderminster Harriers, Aggborough Stadium, Hoo Road, Kidderminster, Worcestershire, DY10 1NB

The Stadium Capacity is 6,238 (3,140 seats), but there was a crowd of almost 8,000 (with temporary seating) to see non-League Kidderminster edged out of the F.A. Cup 1-0 by West Ham United.

Away fans are located in the covered South Stand Terrace (with great acoustics) or seated in the East Stand.

Disabled facilities:

The club currently allows entry to any disabled supporters for £10.00, with any attending carers being free of charge. The front of the C&S Solicitors Stand offers an unbeatable view of the action for wheelchair users with specially reserved spaces for ease of access.

A small amount of disabled parking for visiting supporters is available on a first-come, first-serve basis at the rear of the South Stand Terrace.

How to get there:

The Aggborough Stadium is located within the town centre, around half a mile south of Kidderminster Station.

By Car:

From Birmingham, Wolverhampton and North (M5):

Exit M5 at junction 3 (signposted A456) and follow towards Kidderminster (approximately 12 miles). At roundabout on Kidderminster Ring Road, take first exit (signposted A451 Stourport). At next roundabout, take first exit (signposted A448 Bromsgrove), then take first turning on right (Hoo Road). Aggborough Stadium is approximately half a mile along on the left hand side.

From Worcester and South (M5):

Exit M5 at junction 6 (signposted A449) and follow towards Kidderminster (approximately 15 miles). At first roundabout, take third exit (signposted A449, Kidderminster & Wolverhampton), then take first turning on left before railway bridge. Go down Hoo Road, over railway bridge, and Aggborough Stadium is on the right hand side.

From South-East (M40 & M42):

Leave M5 at junction 4 (signposted A491 Stourbridge). After approximately 5 miles, turn left onto A456 and follow towards Kidderminster.

Car Parking:

Car Parking is available at either end of the stadium, at the South Stand Car Park (£5.00 per car, £10.00 per coach), and Stadium Close Car Park (Free on a match day). No other parking around the area of the stadium is permitted.

By Rail:

From Kidderminster Station, walk down Comberton Hill towards the town centre and take the left turning just before Motorway Tyres near the bottom of the hill. Walk up Hoo Road for approximately half a mile to the Aggborough Stadium.

By Air:

Birmingham International Airport is 29 miles from Kidderminster.

Where to drink:

The Harriers social Club is situated behind, but to one side of, the East Stand. It serves Banks’s beer. Away fans are more than welcome and can enter for a small fee - £1. For that they get plenty of room, good food and cheap beer.

The Harriers Arms is situated adjacent to Stadium with CCTV controlled car park space available. They serve a varied selection of brews with a regular couple of guest beers, but rarely any food. There is a large screen in one corner with a couple more TV screens dotted around.

The Viaduct on Old Chester road South (A449) is a large pub with bar and a lounge, the latter mainly set out for those eating. The food is in the home-cooked style, and prices are reasonable. There is also a pool table and a large screen TV.

The Railway Bell Hotel on Comberton Hill is one of the first places you'll see if arriving by train.

The King & Castle pub at the Severn Valley Railway Station, also on Comberton Hill, is a recreation of a 1930s GWR refreshment room. Only about a hundred yards from Kidderminster mainline station, it's ideal for those arriving/leaving by train. It serves food at lunchtimes and in the evening until 8.00 p.m. Beers available are Batham Best Bitter, Highgate Dark and Wyre Piddle's Royal Piddle, and usually several guest ales. Children are welcome. NOTE: Colours are usually frowned on en masse.

The Land Oak on Birmingham Road is a large pub situated on a major crossroads as you enter Kidderminster from the Birmingham direction. It's primarily a food pub belonging to the Banks's Pub & Platter chain.

The Water Mill on Park Lane DY11 6TL is a canal-side pub some way from Aggborough. It serves decent beer, good food and has a children’s play area.

The Swan on Vicar Street is one of the very few pubs left in the Town Centre. t's a bustling pub but a bit on the cramped side.

Ye Olde Seven Stars on Coventry Street is the oldest pub in Kidderminster dating back to the early 18th century. It has been advertised as a 'Bring Your Own Grub' pub - you can order take aways to eat in the pub, they provide the plates, cutlery and condiments and do the washing up for you as well! They also stock five real ales to wash the food down with.

The Penny Black on the Bull Ring is a Weatherspoon pub that is aimed squarely at the younger element of drinking society.

The Mare & Colt on Worcester Road is mainly a restaurant/pub and also said to be one of the better ones around Kidderminster. Good food, good beer (draught Staropramen and Hobsons) and the service is generally quick. Excellent play area for the kids.

The Station Inn at 7 Fairfield is a small side-street pub tucked away down at the back of the railway station. Very popular with people from further afield, because of the proper pub atmosphere. It serves a large range of real ale and good food.

The Boar’s Head on Worcester Street is also known as The Tap House. Regular beers are two varieties of Banks, Cameron’s Strongarm and Pedigree.

The Railway Train Inn at 81 Offmore road is a quaint little side-street pub that looks as if it should be thatched.

Where to eat:

The refreshment facilities in the Stadium include the legendary Aggborough Soup and Cottage Pie. The pie costs £4, but the Catering Manager says they cost more because they are made of meat, vegetables and potatoes rather than the usual pastry pie sold at other grounds.

Some of the above pubs serve food.

I like that it's a 10 minute walk from the train station. I do not like these walking directions:

A simpler route involves cutting through the old cattle market. In fact the ground can be seen from outside the front of the station. When leaving the train station head down Comberton Hill. Take the first left turn into Comberton Place (the empty Farmers pub is on the corner). Walk along Comberton Place, past the law courts on the left hand side, and head down an alley towards the ground. This alley brings you out at the bottom of the car park behind the home (north) terrace and near the Kidderminster Harriers Social and Supporters Club. The ground is clearly visible once you pass the law courts.

Walk through the cattle market then head down an alleyway? I think I'll stick to the main road, thanks.

Some might call that a reasonable night out.....

Have panicked-booked the train, and will await news of the inevitable alternative kick-off time from 3pm Saturday.

Anyone find any tickets for less than £55 return?

It was £38 for an off peak return on both Virgin and The Trainline travelling from Manchester.

Personally I'd suggest the coach would be better / cheaper for this one, much as I'd like more income for PlayerShare WebShop.

That's what I'm doing.. 6 Quid day return from Brum to there.. About 25 from here to Brum.

But what bout the return from Brum to here, surely that's another £25, therefore £56 altogether?

I'm struggling to find any returns, via whichever routes possible, for less than £50.

EDIT: £38.60 off peak return from Stalybridge to Kidderminster. Although that is 4 changes en route!

It's £34.90 via Wolverhampton from Manchester also would avoid stalybridge because they building new platforms so no trains.

Get on virgin (via webshop) £15 goin to Brum and £9 comin back. The Brum to Kiddy is just a buy on the day one. You can get into BIrmingham for lunch and back from there around 7... Few different trains but that's the best (best for a stopover drink as well) that I've seen.
