HAYESY
Just a thought, but when and if this new stand gets built, I think it would be a good idea to have a wall somewhere inside or outside of the stand where you can have your name carved into it. Would bring in a bit of money into the club and would be a nice feature to have. Thoughts?
billytrip
Yes,a good idea this,it`s been done at various grounds and been a success. My brother is a Stoke fan and he paid for a brick when the Brittania stadium was built and he was well chuffed when he saw it.It read Tripper instead of Trippier, but they sorted it out, 2 years later! HAYESY
I'm sure we'd not make that mistake (actually we would ahaha) but if would definantly bring in money. I know I'd buy a brick
piglinbland
Not being funny, but importing the thing from France? Smacks of 'temporary stand' to me. Engrave your name on a scaffold pole, anyone? Hope I'm wrong, but how can it be cheaper to bring it from France?
BlueJazzer
Mentioned this some time ago. Done at the stadium of light. http://www.owtb.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=35694&hl=%2Bbuy+%2Bbrick

lancy lad
Bloody good idea, as long as its only £10 or £15 it would sell a fair few........................... stick it on at £50 and they will sell none!
laticdickovarmy
I said this a long time ago done at emirates but you buy stones on the floor in the concourse of the grounds, presumably as easily to replace and read
c.hill12
Any1 go to the forum a few weeks back. It was brought up an latics are bringing 'buy a step' £100 a season can be personal or commercial. oldhamandy1
I had the very same thought a few months back, would be a great way to honour Latics who've passed away as well as providing us the chance to be part of the stadium. The step idea is a great one too.

At Leicester, In addition to the commemorative bricks positioned in the wall, there's a Leicester City Supporters’ Remembrance Garden created between the stadium car park and the river, and it contains commemorative plaques and floral tributes.
