Lukers1
I thought Sean O Driscoll would be the one, second in the league and a chance to get in the Championship
jbrown23
can only think this is off the back of the Forrest game and our cup win against them. why would a team gunning for promotion want Dickov? with a better calibre of players at his disposal he might do better but I really don't know. if we get a decent compensation package, let him go I say! I wouldn't understand the logic but it would make sense from his point of view. After recent events I wouldn't be surprised if he'd touted himself about. Great result at Forest doesn't mask all the other shortcomings and I'd be happy to see him leave. Be a bonus if we got a comp package. lancy lad
I thought Sean O Driscoll would be the one, second in the league and a chance to get in the Championship Didn't they sack him previously? If someone sacked me I wouldn't want to go back.

slystallone
Didn't they sack him previously? If someone sacked me I wouldn't want to go back. Yep, he was sacked. Highly doubt a return after that!! Surely Phil Brown will be touting himself for this one???

leeslover
It would have to hurt being on the same odds as Carlton. I'm be thinking about retraining for a new career.
tangerinedreams
Anything to try and upset things at BP hey, hopefully PD has nailed any rumours behind closed doors to keep the lads focused.
philliggi
realistically could you ever see this happening? from donnys point of view, we beat them in the cup and we have just beaten forest, but we have also not won in the league since early december, are only 5 points clear of relegation and have stagnated for 3 years. on the flip side tho, he does have pulling power, and with a decent coaching set up he could probably do things with them. and if he ever did get to the interview stage he would definately talk a good game. if you were dickov, you would probably jump at the chance
4froale
hell take derbyshire with him, possibly baxter too
Twisbrogan
The odds will have been determined by people with less insight than Andy Townsend.
losesome
Why on earth would Doncaster want a manager who has achieved - err , nowt at BP. Yes he might be able to attract a decent loan player but he needs to prove he can manage them into a team that plays consistently well for promotion !!! shefflatic
friend is a donny fan with a very reliable source over there - 'absolutely no chance according to my source' end of discussion - and yes i would be extremely suprised - PD has done nothing, at least Saunders had got Wrexham up/nea the top. oafc1955
If Dickov did get another club one thing is absolutely certain.....he wouldn't get 3 seasons grace. It would be interesting to see if he would appoint Taggart as assistant for a second time.
