adrianpshaw
Was watching a game on the MLS the other night and spotted the referee doing something ours don't. When he gave an attacking free-kick the ref gets a small can of spray out of his pocket, marks where the ball should be and then draws a line in front of the wall so it cant shuffle forward. Think the spray fades after a few minutes. Love to see this in our league
OldhamSheridan
They've had it in Brazil for ages now. I think the linesman does it there instead of the ref though. Alternative method for me would to be to just book anyone (and everyone) drifting forward, no warnings and arguing. They'd soon learn when six players get booked in a second. tangerinedreams
Maybe they should pepper spray mouthy footballers like Wayne Rooney...just a thought.
