c.hill12
I think this 'can't affoed them' will turn out to be very irrelavant soon. Alot of players will find themselves on the football scrap heap soon needing to take a look at what they can realistically ask for.
razza699
Huddersfield Town have released; Alan Lee Good, most horrible player in lower leagues! and to think they paid so much money for him!!
razza699
Looks a bit on the burly side; always has been. Even in the Prem.

Latics_Fanatic
Latest from the Transfer Rumours site; Wolves interested in out of contract Oldham winger Lee Croft. Possible. But then it's probably our friend "oafc19" making it up...
butchcass
Huddersfield Town have released; Alan Lee Scott Arfield. Tom Clarke Scott Kay Israel Johnson Connor Loftus. Leeds United have released; Leigh Bromby Paul Connolly Davide Somma Paddy Kisnorbo Paul Rachubka Habib Habibou Monty Gimpel Sanchez Payne Patrick Antelmi Jordan Snodin Absolutely no idea if he is any good or not but I remember this lad's dad and uncle both playing for us in the 90's. Quick quiz question: Who was the last player we had who's dad and uncle had both played for us previously?

BP1960
Absolutely no idea if he is any good or not but I remember this lad's dad and uncle both playing for us in the 90's. I wonder if David and Scott McNiven have sons ?..if so in future years we eagerly await them turning out for the Latics. BP1960
This is the one you have all been waiting for; Bristol City, probably some targets there for LJ. Going; Dean Gerken (goalkeeper) Lewis Carey (goalkeeper) Mark Wilson (right back) Matt Bates (right back/centre back/defensive midfield) Brian Howard (midfield) Cole Skuse (midfield) Jon Stead (striker). Stead is aiming for a move back up north, http://www.bcfc.co.u...h5jCWiqGDi42.99 Likely most are out of the Latics wage range, although the keepers especially the 6' 4" Gerken have to be possibilities http://en.wikipedia....iki/Dean_Gerken Edited May 8, 2013 by BP1960
Markspark92
I'd take Brian Howard and Jon Stead anyday Stead is very good friends with LJ so this one could be a possibility
longtimeblue
I'd take Brian Howard and Jon Stead anyday Stead is very good friends with LJ so this one could be a possibility I remember being chuffed to bits when we signed Feeney. No evidence linking us to either of those two but I'd expect either signing to go the same way. Wouldn't be overly disappointed with either but I'd expect the Oldham curse to strike and put them on the scrap heap.
