MAC0AFC
How glad i am bouzanis has been released, yes a good keeper but cisak by far the better keeper... younger and more potential - some may remeber i put the poll up of Cisak/Bouzanis. I was very suprised when people voted bouzanis over cisak just because of his passion for the club.

Except Bouzanis is younger than Cisak and is young enough to have earned us compensation if he went elsewhere after being offered a contract, unlike Cisak. MAC0AFC
just realised bouzanis is younger, still a far worse keeper.. cisak aged 23 so still entitled to money!
JoshOWTB
Quite a shock to me. While he's not always seemed to be the best keeper out of the two he's always come across as the most consistant and passionate.
Diego_Sideburns
I would think Johnson is going to bring in another keeper with Cisak still being second choice.

Cisak turns 24 before his contract expires, so we wouldn't be entitled to any.

Wasn't our defensive record better this season? Not saying that isn't down to the defenders more but I think Bouzanis has produced better match winning (or more often point winning) performances than Cisak. Perhaps that's just me thinking that though!

Forte_Baby
To me both where decent keepers or wonder if there is more to Dean departure other than his footballing ability.

MAC0AFC
maybe both aren't staying here and LJ has other ideas, all my comments are very bias towards the fact i really rate cisak and dislike bouzanis i suppose haha
ghostofcecere
Didn't something go on when he got dropped for that game?
Twisbrogan
definitely wins the vote for passion, but in cisaks first season how impressive was he in comparison to bouzanis' first full season? You do remember that Cisak was dropped this season don't you? He had a poor start after getting his head turned by a possible move to Peterborough when he was indesicive and jittery. I'd be surprised if LJ didn't have someone else lined up to come in as No 1.
opinions4u
Didn't something go on when he got dropped for that game? From a reliable source* there was a training ground bust up. *someone posted it on here so it must be true

Can't see it being someone with so little experience.
Stevie_J
Hasn't Cisak's contract got another year to run - or the club has an option to extend it for a year or something?

Maybe there's a bigger number in the £s bit of the option than we want to pay.
Crusoe
Hasn't Cisak's contract got another year to run - or the club has an option to extend it for a year or something? I imagine his contract is under discussion rather than a case of an option already exercised as we're trying to find out whether he actually wants to be here or not. pukka
Fully expect us to have a new keeper between the sticks. If Johnson truely rated Cisak - he would have played him.
Omar Don't Scare
Let us not forget Bouzanis cannot kick the :censored:ing ball. Simple fact, if you can't kick and you occasionally drop it, you shouldn't be here.
jennylatics
Nothing against Bouzanis, but I'm glad LJ's opinion of him is the same as my own. I wouldn't keep Cisak either, to me they are two of a kind. Two new keepers, please.

We have had plenty of outfield players who couldn't kick it though in fairness
