Pine Villains
We need your pitches for the worst player of the season, just the one caveat:- he must have played at least 45 minutes of football for Latics this season. Clearly the more games he was :censored:e in the worse he was, so more god-awful minutes the better as it were. Please post up your candidates. No poll, we'll just take general consensus from the thread. The Donkey Sanctuary is going to be overhauled and re-issued later in the off season. We'll let you know when we can be arsed. Lukers1
Dean Furman has been :censored: all season and that's without me being bitter.

oafc-latics
I'll get in there before anyone else does - Chris Iwelumo* *although I didn't think he was that bad!
Latics and England
Probably not the worst but Jordan Slew deserves an honorary mention. Rarely has there been such joy about an injury that means a player's loan has to be cancelled.

Rarely has there been such joy about an injury that means a player's loan has to be cancelled. Was a decent player for the first 10 minutes v Sheffield Wednesday... other than that, yes. Robbie Simpson This. I'll get in there before anyone else does - Chris Iwelumo* *although I didn't think he was that bad! Talent is clearly there, or was, no pace any more, think it's time to move into coaching.
Lags
Slew for sure will be hard to beat...though he scored, which lets him off the hook to an extent.
BP1960
Dan Taylor didn't establish himself before suffering an injury.

Lee Sinnott
Classy I'd nominate the captain who played like he was an amputee all season and then jumped ship as soon as he could...
oafcprozac
I think a few of them would have benefitted from a bell in the ball....

24hoursfromtulsehill
Furman is morally suspect, but Donkey? Not nearly as bad as some we've seen this season. I nominate Iwelumo, who's showing at Swindon was by far the worst performance I've seen from a Latics player for many, many years - possibly for ever.
