They are lovely and quiet at the moment, apart from :censored:wit United fans with Oldham accents in jester hats.

SholverBlue
Any Mancunians there, good for them. Any Oldhamers with Manc fathers who've had an interest in Man United since an early age, fair enough, enjoy your day! But for all the traitors there, hope it pissed down on 'em. Scum. keep_the_faith
There not the only club in the world to have out of towners following them Leeds are the prime example but because there :censored:, nothing gets said about how the majority of there fan base is outside Leeds, there all just automatically assumed loyal thru-thick-and-thin supporters. spadam
Why is there even a topic on this. Great oldham is full of united fans who cares. Also yeah there are united fans who have never to old trafford there but next time we win something there will be a lot of people who haven't been to Latics. It's about the city/town not just the club.

Leeds have a significant portion of their fan base in North Yorkshire, whilst being outside Leeds, it is still their nearest (big) club. Man U's catchment area for nearest club (big or otherwise) is not that big in comparison and is often shared with equally big clubs.

I had to get the tram from Deansgate as St Peters Sq was shut for the damn thing.
