opinions4u
Poignant. On it's own it feels very sad. But if we're spending money on knocking these bits down then it implies that the replacement will happen!

Chaddyender2
Does this mean the new stand is imminent? Werent we making a bit of money off zen office by sticking their green advertisings on this wall? Cant see why we would throw away this money if nothing was going to be built this season. opinions4u
I'd love to see the NIMBY comments to a 14 tier stand planning application! The prevailing wind is more of a westerly - into the front of the RRE. Edited June 23, 2013 by opinions4u

Cant see why we would throw away this money if nothing was going to be built this season. I heard a rumour from someone very well connected to Zen Office that they were going to be sponsoring the Chaddy. That could still be a possibility, especially as they've fully scrubbed the roof now. pseudonym
I'd love to see the NIMBY comments to a 14 tier stand planning application! Good try. Rows and tiers are synonymous until you introduce the concept of increasing height and so to describe a stand as having 14 tiers of seats is correct. ...so take your own advice

opinions4u
That is a good question.... who is paying for it? Taking things at face value the answer will be: 1. OMBC £800k. 2. The Football Foundation £750k. 3. TTA £1.5m profit they managed to make out of The Lancaster Club despite the Credit Crunch. That doesn't mean you should take things at ace value Edited June 23, 2013 by opinions4u

Buy a ticket for a multi level stand, you are much more likely to see 'a format of 'upper tier, row zz'' for example. A bad call by O4U though. He should wait for the bad ball rather than force it. I bowl plenty of them!
Latics_Fanatic
Who Cares? Row/Tier doesn't matter. As long as there is a stand being built.
footy68
Let me say this, on a ticket for a game it will say 'row a seat 100'. Not 'tier a seat 100' so in the words of others ':censored: OFF' Sorry for shouting
