Sounds so petty and also sounds like the Brighton chairman has turned into abit of a Billy big bollocks now his club have a shiny new stadium and finished 4th last season. Maybe the best policy would been to brush Poyets comments under the carpet, wait until a club came in for him, get the compensation and move on, whilst being thankful that they're not still at the Withdean stadium. Hands on Posted June 24, 2013 Share Posted June 24, 2013 Didn't Poyet just say he had to consider his own position? Didn't he also say he wanted to stay with the players at Brighton? Is it possible he was floating the idea of a change of job but also putting pressure on the Chairman to give him some more money to improve the team? Finally it is reported that the person who crapped on the floor also made some effort to clear it up so I suspect that is not what it seems. This will cost Brighton loads of money! You don't HAVE to turn up to a disciplinary hearing, you would want to but you don't have to, especially if someone is there representing your interests.
