The light is at the end of the tunnel...next Saturday signals the start of the 2013/14 football season. Saturdays, the odd Tuesday and other days when Sky has a say will now have a purpose. Full of anticipation, promise and excitement - the likelihood of some disappointment along the way - but this coming season COULD be OUR season. Believe Season doesn't start for me until September as I'm at a wedding next week and then go away, but I'll be glued to my phone and to Soccer Saturday! Come on you Blue Bastards... I once got dragged to a rugby match between Wales and South Africa. Apparently, it was a cracker. I have no idea as I fell asleep, I was that bored. To each his own, I guess. Roll on Saturday for my first visit to Stevenage. Got done out of the last two seasons with it being moved to a Toosdi neet. It's gonna be a good season; I can feel it in my water. brierleys555 Posted July 28, 2013 Share Posted July 28, 2013 can't wait for saturday. really think LJ has put together a good squad on a smaller budget. not to worried about the defence as most teams will be scared of our attacking style. really think this team can finish in top 8 if they put effort in all season. any kind of cup run would also be good.
