Perhaps the top knobs at the Ministerio de Economia y Hacienda are Barca or Real fans and only truly want to hunt down the little guy. I'm sure many of the hierarchy at both clubs hob knob with the political elite, like they do in Italy. But a lot of that article simply reads that the other clubs have simply given up and pushed Barca and Madrid away with a big stick. I wonder what Premier League total debt is? I know the IL over here serve a winding up order pretty sharpish if Tax & NI goes unpaid but even over here clubs like Arsenal have stopped chasing the Championship and are happy finishing 4th and have been for some time.
