Like last season, we knew we were guaranteed to keep Jose at least until summer after the window shut in Jan. I think it adds some stability to football. Stephens and Furman were both deals the club wanted hence the loan moves, the window protects against losing players we don't want to see go... Porter, Taylor, and more recently Baxter.
