oafcmetty
Before Tommy: Played 31, 34 points = 1.097ppg After Tommy: Played 9, 10 points = 1.111ppg The effect is clear to see.

Suppose it could be the difference between relegation and staying up. But then so could replacing Rachubka with Oxley. But I think over the longer term is better to judge. I don't think this is a significant calculation of the effect Tommy Wright, Wright, Wright has had on the team. Extrapolated it is barely a point across a season, I see your point though. However I do think that having an assistant manager will help LJ. Look at the experienced AM (John Gorman) Karl Robinson had when he first took over MK, Phil Brown had Brian Horton (now with Paul Dickov). It is definitely a benefit to a young manager. That stat also conveniently takes us to the end of March, thus also ignoring the 12 points in 6 games we picked up from Bradford onwards.
