rudemedic
Bove, Truelove and Coleman all offered professional terms.
Diego_Sideburns
Truelove's post-operation progress must be good. It'll be like having a new signing next season.
OAFC33
Truelove's just started running again today - aiming to be back for next season. Sorry to see the other lads go as i think 1 or 2 more were worth taking on.
JoshOWTB
Which players didn't get a contract then? Well done to those which did, look forward to seeing them play in the future.
OAFC33
The players who didn't get contracts are Clarke, Kinder, Brewster, Faulds, Hardman & Pritchard.
BP1960
I'm glad Coleman has got a contract, a big brave keeper who will come off his line, he has made occasional errors of judgment when I've seen him, but with the right coaching he could become a great asset to the club. Shame about Clarke, he looked a useful centre back, but from what I saw a lack of mobility may have been the problem. Forte_Baby
Was told the other day about Truelove JP has looked good same with Clarke. Suprised about Coleman last two outings he has not had an awful lot to do. Thought we offer more youngsters a deal seems like LJ looking elsewhere. HarryBosch
I hope we can get safe quickly and chuck them in for a few games along with Gossett

But you can't offer them contracts if they're not up to it. It may be LJx desire to offer more kids a deal but it still has to be determined by the quality of those currently in the pipeline. Brilliant double penalty save and several others by Coleman against Wigan reserves I believe the other day

Yes, and he also may have his eyes on some being released at the same age by Premier and Championship clubs.

slystallone
Shame about Pritchard his cameo earlier in the season looked impressive Yep, based soley on that 1 viewing; he looked a decent player. But, obv we dont see them 3 days a week and game after game like staff at the club do. These things aren't messed about with either; a lot of carefull planning and decision making is involved. I'm all for the strong stance though - if they have doubts that they'll be able to push on; then there really isnt any point in keeping them on. Looking forward to seeing these 3; along with Gossett; kick on and hopefully make a claim for sqaud spots. Especially Truelove, who i think is our future Left Back in waiting. Frankly Mr Shankly
Bove probably just stared at Neil Joy and SC so they just gave him one anyway.
