yarddog73
Although it would be nice to end the season unbeaten I wouldnt want us to send Notts County down on Saturday as they helped contribute to my greatest ever footballing day when they beat the whammers 2-1 handing us the chance to be champions which we gratefully snapped up, if a points enough for them on Saturday id happily take a 3-3 draw and send them home happy, I know greg abbotts a bit of a plonker but I wont hold that against them. disjointed
F*** sentiment, we should play to batter them, if they are not good enough they will go down, that is the way it should be.
palmer1
We won the league because we gained more points than West Ham over the course of a season, 44 games? Beat them and let things take there course.:censored: em!
Tommy_Fent
I would personally rather Notts stay up than Tranmere but if we're not going to try on Saturday then I'm not going to bother turning up Edited April 29, 2014 by Tommy_Fent
beag_teeets
I can't believe I'm typing this but I hope Tranmere stay up, whilst the game has lost a bit of edge now Uncle Ronnie has gone it is at least a game where both sides could generate a bit of atmosphere and needle if they could be arsed. yarddogs
Couldn't give a :censored: about notts county as I'am pretty sure the feeling is likewise.Hope we send them down like we did Blackpool many moons ago.
4froale
f*ck them, they are getting all billy big bollocks thinking they will have more fans than us plus they cancelled the fixture at there place this season meaning it was on a Tuesday and I couldn't go to hooters, they can drop for all I care

Have they ever brought more than 1000 to BP before? They are a club I couldnt care less about, Id just rather Tranmere went down cos they are a crap club! Bertie_Dugger
Not that any of us can affect the end result, whatever will be,will be. But Neil Warnock is very fond of his ex-club Notts Co. and wants them to stay up. After what he acheived with us then I wouldn't be too disappointed if they ended up being relegated. mikeroyboy
Let's not forget, by a pure stroke of luck Notts County need 1pt to be sure of avoiding relegation. This fact alone is putting over HALF A MILLION POUNDS in 'our' clubs coffers. THANK YOU VERY MUCH I SAY Good luck to them but let's hope our lads turn up to make it a cracking game, great atmosphere and 3pts to the blues. jsslatic
Could be a player's salary for next season.
ShireBlue
Don't really give a stuff about Notts County and I want us to win every match. However, I've never been to County away and Hooters, so I'm questioning my logic.
Simpo
If they can get a point at a club who have much much less to play for, they deserve to stay up and I'll applaud any good-natured Notts County fans who run on the pitch. If we beat them and they go down, they deserve to be relegated. Simple as that for me! They deserve a lot of credit for what they've done in recent weeks however, whatever happens Saturday. bigfatjoe1
I like Notts County as a club, but i prefer the mild rivalry we have with Tranmere. I actually look forward to the Trannie games and the banter, and there isn't that much to look forward to in this division.
rudemedic
Could be a player's salary for next season. Messers Mellor and Winchester are probably both rather pleased.
mikeroyboy
Could be a player's salary for next season. [/quote} Correct! Much better than around £7,000 if they brought 500 with nothing at stake. Thanks for putting a positive slant to my bollock.
boysinblue
After the terrible performance we put in at their place last October I'm expecting a bit more fire in our bellies this time. Still think it's Tranmere for the trap door.
