Latics_Fanatic
Tounkara any use to us now? No. In my opinion, anyway.
palmer1
Rule of thumb, unless a former player left us to play at a higher level and was generally loved and successful here in the past they are not worth discussing as option for next season as they are not good enough! Latics_Fanatic
Nicky Wroe and John Mosinho could be useful players.
BP1960
Akinfenwa and JCH would unsetltle a few defences.

BP1960
Akinfenwa isnt a footballer hes to big not mobile enough Yet has somehow managed a good goal scoring ratio. Career total 352
rudemedic
Akinfenwa and JCH would unsetltle a few defences. Akinfenwa would unsettle the foundations of the new stand and may cause irreparable damage to the Chaddy and the Main Stand. Something about him that could prove useful though. rudemedic
Nicky Wroe and John Mosinho could be useful players. As could Beardsley, he scored quite a few goals at this level with Stevenage. Would be interesting to see if him and. Mousinho could play at this level under someone other than Westley- I'm unsure at the moment. Bristolatic
Thing is, Akinfenwa wasn't even a regular starter for Gillingham. I think there's a lot better around. Yep, I'd go for McLeod.
ShireBlue
I'd love us to sign Akinfenwa, but it's only because I like to see fat people given a chance. And if I'm honest, that's not the best reason to sign a player.
GravityGrave
Zoko by far the best of realistic striker options for me
ChaddySmoker
Will Hoskins for me, take a gamble on his recovery from injuries!

mikejh45
Vic Halom was great-until he went on a diet! But not for Andy Goram second time around. He worked on the premise, the more of the goal space he could fill on his own the harder for the opposition to find a gap. He left us a honed athlete and returned a sumo wrestler. Bristolatic
If Rachubka doesn't sign (it's 50/50 at the moment), Peterborough have put Bobby Olejnik on the transfer list in line with their policy with players in the last season of their contract. Possibly out of our price range, but who knows. Would you?
