deyres42
Skybet gone up early, no doubt subject to change after the weekend. We are currently 40/1 outright, 16s for promotion, 5/2 to be relegated. Walsall 7/1 to be relegated caught my eye.
SavageTheBeast
Anyone think it's weird that Yeovil are one of the favourites. Don't see why coventry and crawley are predicted higher then us
4froale
off topic but bury at 10/1 to win league 2 are good value in my eyes

Latics_Fanatic
Doesn't mean a lot at this point. With our current squad, it'll be 15th or below. With improvements, i'm hoping for a top-half finish, without doubt.
Latics_Fanatic
Also, interesting that Luton are the favourites to win league 2 at this point.
Frankly Mr Shankly
I don't know why bookies bother putting up odds at this time. squads change so much between now and July. There must be more dickhead punters out there than I thought.

Oh Heck C-Beck
Anyone think it's weird that Yeovil are one of the favourites. Don't see why coventry and crawley are predicted higher then us I guess because all three are likely to do better than us on recent showings. If we suddenly splashed the cash on good players I am sure you would see the odds tumble.
Tommy_Fent
I think most of us are resigned to the fact that we'll never be favourites for promotion in this League. Though I'd like to think we won't be favouites for relegation next season but that depends on who we can bring in, at this stage I can't see many (if any) non-Latics fans placing bets on us to be promoted. You never see a poor bookmaker
al_bro
off topic but bury at 10/1 to win league 2 are good value in my eyes Bury are certainly splashing the cash. Pre season training in Tenerife, paid fees for Lowe and Adams who must also be on decent wages. How can it be done with FFP rules and their gates? I'm sure it'll be easier to bend the rules with "sponsorship" packages etc. at a club like Bury, as opposed to the millions of Manchester City. deyres42
BetVictor up with the top goalscorer market, Clarke-Harris our only representative at 100/1. Ex 'Tics - O'Grady 16/1, Porter 20/1, Wilbraham 25/1, Baxter 33/
longtimeblue
I fancy Clarke-Harris to bag more than Wilbraham
deyres42
BetVictor first up with the handicap, Sheff Yoo are off scratch, +24 for us. In the specials market Preston 4/7 to be top Northwest club looks a steal.
