opinions4u
It's just so simple, isn't it? It's clear to anyone with half a brain that the club should be managed by a committee of fans. We could have more Barrys on the board?

Blue_Guru
People speak about JCH like they used to speak about Craig Davies...loose canon with the odd moment of brilliance...for what its worth C Davies had more obvious potential than JCH in terms of the ball at his feet, but lets not write JCH out yet...he is very young and temperamental but definitely has a future in the game....LJ needs to be careful and protect JCH, asking him to be on his own up front could break the lad if fans turn on him... Let's give Clarke Harris and Kelly time and backing. Let's not do a Rooney on them.
palmer1
Loose cannon? Besides being sent off at Rochdale what did Craig Davies do to be known as a loose cannon?
opinions4u
Loose cannon? Besides being sent off at Rochdale what did Craig Davies do to be known as a loose cannon? Get sent off for violent conduct for Wales U21s. Get convicted for assault. Fairly sure he got the receiving of a restraint order from an ex-girlfriend. Shop at Tesco three hours before an evening kick off.

palmer1
All that while at Oldham? Got sent off once in 2 years for us. Sent off for Wales,Our player but nor appearing for Oldham The incident with his girlfriend was before he joined and there is a massive difference between being a loose cannon on the pitch and a :censored: who knocks his Mrs about. I usually like your direct and occasionally challenging approach to posting. But I don't think there is a massive difference there. Both suggest loose cannon. Latics_Fanatic
Quick mention for Liam Kelly. Looks to be growing into his own in midfield now. Looking better and better game by game. Made one brilliant tackle of note this afternoon, where he stopped their winger bursting forward and then stopped the attack completely with a tactical foul. Hopefully he'll continue to get better as time goes on...

rudemedic
There's a gaggle of middle-aged and older men round me who spend the whole game looking for stuff he does wrong. He's the new captain crab according to them. I think he has grown into the role, lots of nice midfield play yesterday, and in the past 2 games, wouldn't have him as captain though, but he may grow into that role too. Him and Jones could be a very useful partnership.

Frankly Mr Shankly
He wears the armband. Big George is the captain.
rudemedic
He wears the armband. Big George is the captain. That's the best way to look at it, Big George is only Captain because the General isn't fit, but the way George and J Wilson have been playing together the General may have to get comfy sitting on the bench. MAC0AFC
one thing i have noticed, even when he was playing awful was he worked hard in getting from box to box - he wasn't just happy playing a 6 yard pass and thinking his job was done (ala furman and smith)
