Diego_Sideburns
The OS is advertising this and refers to Special Voucher 01 in the back of the ST book. I've looked in my book and there is no such voucher. The picture on the OS shows a 2013/14 Junior and an Adult ST - I'm surprised this still applies to this season. http://www.oldhamathletic.co.uk/news/article/season-ticket-vouchers-2133485.aspx Edited December 9, 2014 by Ackey
Andy-latic
It's nothing to do with season ticket holders, just a one off ticket if you wanted to get it for someones Xmas present....
Diego_Sideburns
This offer has now been amended to a special ticket voucher for this season, without any reference to ST holders. http://www.oldhamathletic.co.uk/news/article/season-ticket-vouchers-2133485.aspx
beag_teeets
Why should us season ticket holders get a free ticket to a game? We suffer enough as it is with the number of games we get!
Ackey
I'll amend the post-title for you DS... also someone let them know they've used a URL link not a Mailto link in the article if you speak to them!
oafc-latics
Have they purposely worded that to confuse people? I think it's saying anyone can go and pick up a voucher for a free game? That right?

The wording of the item has been completely amended from the ST holders' offer. This is how it looked originally.

Someone who normally pays on the gate at home games can get in one game free or give the voucher to someone else. jsslatic
I think it's saying you can buy a ticket as an Xmas present, redeemable for any match. Surely they're not just giving a ticket away to anyone who wants one?

Diego_Sideburns
It doesnt say anything about being free? On the picture of the ticket voucher it says "complimentary". It also tells you to cash in by visiting the ticket office and picking up your gift. Edited December 9, 2014 by Diego_Sideburns
astottie
Aye, that's it, wording is a bit loose mind... that and the fact that there is no mention of the price and it says complimentary on the voucher!! Only Latics......

jw_oldh857
this doesn't make sense Diego, I thought you need a voucher in your season ticket to exchange?
jsslatic
:censored:ing hell. It's simple. If you are a season ticket holder then you get a free ticket if you give in last season's voucher. If you are not a season ticket holder then turn up for your complimentary ticket which is probably not complimentary. You can then use it for any home match this season except Fleetwood away. Diego_Sideburns
this doesn't make sense Diego, I thought you need a voucher in your season ticket to exchange? The confusion is because the OS put up the wrong item originally - see Posts #1 & #7. The story now appears to apply to anyone being eligible to cash in by getting a gift in the form of a complimentary voucher from the ticket office, which can be exchanged for a match ticket of the voucher-holder's choice this season. The part in large bold type only applied to those who were quick off the mark during a period of less than ten minutes earlier this afternoon.
