Premier League TV rights sold for £5bn

Their maybe ways round ffp and the loan system maybe one of them or something similar to what Man City are doing with Frank Lampard

Contrary to what appears to be popular belief, Lampard is not on loan from nor has he ever signed for NYC.

I think the :censored: will hit the fan if and when they try and sell him to NYC just before his contract runs down. That'd be fun.

This is a slightly better link http://mobile.oldhamathletic.co.uk/news/article/league-clubs-get-double-financial-boost-2281642.aspx

I do like how the condescending nature of clubs receiving a % of the parachute payments given to the ex-prem clubs, who could theoretically be in League 2 at that stage, is seen as a welcome boost. I suppose it's better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick, but for league one clubs to get a fraction of what it is costing for 1 PL match is a farce.
