singe
Sad to report that Oldham Borough have resigned from NWCL. The were formerly known as Oldham Dew and Oldham Town. They recently returned to the area playing at Mossley following a spell at Atherton.
Simoncorneyisgod
Probably due to the Roughyeds taking their facilities away from them (basic or not) Would that be the same Mr Hamilton who was up in arms at The Latics a few years ago for not supporting them?......Ironic
Forte_Baby
Was talking to Oldham fans who where good mates with there former owner. Some of the stuff they told me about the way that particulor league was run such as them having to ok all special offers with the league committee etc. Oldham Boro are not the only ones a team called Wigan Robins Park have withdrawn and Stockport Sports mid season went under. Many more recently fair few teams have been refused entry over little things so explains proberly why fewer teams want to join the NWCFL. Hopefully Oldham Boro can regroup in the Manchester League or another local division.

But yes, a shame they could not resolve.
