lookersstandandy
What's the deal with first scorer when it's an OG? Technically Poleon was 'Latics' first scorer today?

Unless the Powers That Be have changed the game beyond all credibility, which I decline to rule out,if you want points for OG, you have to nominate an opposition player. disjointed
What's the deal with first scorer when it's an OG? Technically Poleon was 'Latics' first scorer today? Last season, one of the participants nominated OG against Barnsley, Mvoto was the pick, if I remember rightly Bristol allowed this after being questioned. 24hoursfromtulsehill
3:22am? Must've been some day out! Indeed. Met some punters in London Bridge when I returned to civilisation. Ended up limin' in Nunhead.

Bristolatic
Latics' first goal is still officially credited as an own goal, despite what the club's website says in the match report. We'll have to stick with the og unless the dodgy goals panel changes it. I which case, I'll have to re-do the feckin' table. I might wait a day or so to see what happens. On the other hand, as I've not had the chance to see it yet, I'll have a squint at it and see if Higgy's shot was on target. That should open up a bit of controversy. If you look...you will see Higdon is shaping it nicely into the far corner. Defo going in. Higdon is a Leon Clarke who knows the offside rule. Absolute dynamite.
