NewBlue
Peterborough manager Dave Robertson gone. Big budget and they looked a poor, poor side yesterday at Southend. Lost all 3 away games so far, so a guaranteed defeat now for us...
dec666
A team devoid of all confidence and without a manager, no doubt he'll still set up as if Barcelona have arrived at BP... I'd play: Coleman Brown Burn Wilson Mills Jones Yeates Winchester Dunn Stan Turner/Murphy

ShireBlue
Hopefully we'll bin off the 4-2-3-1. 4-4-2 diamond for me.

Turner i for murphy tho
bluear
Really want to see Murphy be given a proper chance. Not being brought on when we've resorted to hoofing and then hear, laughably, fans complaining that he's not winning headers against a 6'4 CB. NewBlue
This cor me. Turner i for murphy tho I'd give Murphy or Poleon a go. What have we got to lose? Turner hasn't don't much in his appearances so far and Murphy has hardly got any game time. He has something to prove and we simply don't know if he's good or not - if you've judged him already then it says more about you than him... Won't complain if Turner plays, like. the_mighty_bosh
What I would play: Coleman Dieng Wilson Burn Mills Winchester (or Croft if he's fit) Dunn Jones Yeates Turner Murphy But I suspect it'll be something massively different from that. Was Croft injured for the Bradford game?

MAC0AFC
Coleman O'Connell Wilson Burn Yeates Winchester Jones Mills Dunn Stan Philliskirk That'd be lovely, reckon we could get away with it?
archiecat
I personally think Kelly needs to start out with a positive formation. Yeates was our best performer on saturday so retains the right wing spot ahead of Croft ( if fit again ) Mills is the only player able to cross a ball left footed. Obviously Winchester and Jones would need to put a big shift in but we should be thinking of going forwards and not backwards.
Hands on
The key to playing Dunn could be having three at the back and Wilson, Burn and O'Connell did very well against Bradford. I would play Yeates and Croft, if fit with Stan and another, probably DP, up front. Jones and Dieng holding. The problem is this will be seen by D&D as a must not lose game rather than a must win, so I suspect we will all be much more pissed off after losing to a reinvigorated Peterborough. Cassidy injured, Kelly injured, Forte banned - who will we lose this time?
NewBlue
It's quite simple: Carl Winchester has to play.
LaticsPete
I hope Winchester realises that he is the saviour of the team - no pressure Carl

bluear
Drop Philiskirk. Please. Never seen anyone give the ball away as much.
MAC0AFC
That is the team that I would start with too - with Murphy, Turner, Poleon, Croft, Brown and Cornell on the bench For some reason, when I read that post earlier... I counted 12 players, I now definitely count 11?? Strange, but yes that's the team id like to see aswell.

oafc1955
Nothing like a bit of positivity. Probably right though, Kelly won't want to lose this one so usual tactics suggest a standard 0 v 1. Kelly's words on his appointment were music to my ears but so far have turned out to be total bull:censored:!

Millibob
The answer is simple. Let's have a player sent off for something and revert to the 2 - 7 formation we had in the last 10 minuets against Bradford!!
Frankly Mr Shankly
In some ways I'm a bit jealous of Peterborough being able to sack their manager so early.
Simoncorneyisgod
expecting a very low crowd for this one........defeat and thats him gone I reckon On a brighter note been so Soccerex today, bumped into a number of people and there are murmurings of dissatisafction around the start of the season from above
