NewBlue
Another BBCRM journo has said it's someone 'he's always wanted'. Make of that what you will, but clearly been around for a bit then.
Gaz_Oafc
John Gilder of BBC Radio Manc saying it's "the man i've always wanted" Interesting... I'm sure it was gilder hinting at change in the after match summary on radio Manc after the game Saturday

HarryBosch
John Gilder of BBC Radio Manc saying it's "the man i've always wanted" Interesting... Another BBCRM journo has said it's someone 'he's always wanted'. Make of that what you will, but clearly been around for a bit then. My worry is these journo's are lodged firmly up the arses of some right non entities - Dunn being a prime example
NewBlue
I hope whoever it is gets more support than the last three lads otherwise they will be wasting their time. In all honesty, given we're actually cherry-picking a manager who clearly has experience - the main gripe of recent times - and the fans recognise the team desperately need confidence, added with the fact they will be seen as a hero of our times after the past 3 attempts, anybody is going to be relatively welcomed. singe
An announcment that there is no current announcement. We're good at these...! MENOAFC @MENOAFC 2m2 minutes ago Another #OAFC statement: "We are in talks with a replacement manager and hope to make an announcement tomorrow afternoon at the latest." Seriously though, it should be all sorted really. Just can't be seen to have repalcement signed.
Bristolatic
I think my money is on Phil Brown. I'd be happy with that, but I imagine plenty would moan about it.

kowenicki
Not keen on Phil Brown. Sat on a table with him once at a Sportsmans dinner. Dull, arrogant and a pseudo intellect. But I'll give him a chance obviously. ?
singe
John Gilder of BBC Radio Manc saying it's "the man i've always wanted" Interesting... That would imply someone new, doyou think? Or someone wanted back after this few years barren spell.

singe
That @reluctantnicko has said the new manager is keen and will be 'known to many of the punters'. Shez? Doubtful it'd be Carsley who he suggested. More like Dowie? Edit he said "MAY beknown to many of the punters..." You could take that inference that it is Carsley because they would be known as he first suggested it. Or, they are extremely well known, already, of course. Sticking my neck out, first guess. Carsley or Dowie. Edited January 12, 2016 by singe
