If anything he needs to do more meetings! A bit of honesty would go a long way. If people see a manager come in and some good signing the fans will get back on side quickly. Our number 1 aim should be in recruiting the right managerial and playing team get that right and everything else pretty much falls into place. The meetings communication etc are all well and good but really but I would rather those on the board concentrate on getting that right something they failed at spectacularly 12 months ago leading to that diabolical first 5 months of the season.
