HarryBosch
Am I right in thinking the Champions League teams aren't in?? If so, Chelsea away seems the obvious one. Cambridge would be a new ground for me and a good day out As would Cheltenham I've never been to Derby either Fulham through, Morecambe could be good..... We'll probably get Millwall away Or Dale,,, Edited August 9, 2016 by HarryBosch
kowenicki
Liverpool away. That guarantees a home tie with massive compo.
yarddog73
7 Prem teams don't join the draw till the third round I presume it's those involved in Europe.
jsslatic
All teams are in except those in Europe. The draw is seeded and Liverpool have dispensation to switch a home tie to an away tie because of their redevelopments. New away ground or anyone at home who we haven't played for a few years. ghostofcecere
Newcastle at home would be good, I'd expect them to fill the Chaddy which would be good revenue... a televised game would obviously be even better money wise, Liverpool at home might just catch Sky's attention after we knocked them out of the FA Cup
Hometownclub
TBH the thing we need most is a pay day, so any tie that would give us that would be good. Some big clubs now entering the competition.
yarddog73
As easier tie as possible at home so we have a chance of hitting the jackpot in round three.
Hometownclub
As easier tie as possible at home so we have a chance of hitting the jackpot in round three. The only hiccup there could be if we lose that easier tie. I'd prefer a bigger tie now and get the pay day while we can.
palmer1
I'm not sure that there is that big a pay day in this competition anymore unless it's on TV or a much later round. Newcastle could be the best option for a home tie because as mentioned they may fill the RRE or at least bring a few thousand. Boro have shown over the last few years that nobody is arsed about coming to BP in the league Cup on a Tuesday night.
robboman
Derby away would be decent

L1onheartNew
Would prefer the easiest team left in the comp at home every round. Then exact revenge on Forest in the final. Edited August 10, 2016 by L1onheartNew
palmer1
They're putting them in the RRE? Oh yeah, brain fart! I of course meant the Chaddy End...
