yarddog73
Lot of trouble at the Bolton v Bradford game on Saturday around the ground so the pubs outside the ground will probably be home fans only
sjk2008
Looking forward to this beer festival. Half tempted to give it a visit on the Friday night too.
Hometownclub
I didn't think that. Did anyone else? No, not for a minute.
rosa
Loads of local non league games the same day. Gonna go to one of them or to Cables. Charging us £11 more than Oxford is just downright unfair.
Guest nonaenever
To some of the younger generation, just a word of well-meaning advice. Bolton have always had (and am told on good authority - still have) a distinct and nasty violent element amongst their fans. I don't mean the "plastic hooligan" types - these are proper nasty pieces of work. Just watch yourselves that's all - safety in numbers and all that. Hope it's a great game with no trouble but there was apparently an awful lot of "proper" trouble at their game on Saturday against Bradford. Mentioning safety in numbers I always find you are in more risk of confrontation if you go into a town centre in a group of a dozen rather than 3 or 4. Barnsley 2002 springs to mind. GlossopLatic
Been to Bolton games on many occasions I wouldnt say they have a bigger percentage of knuckle draggers than anyoneelse particularly. Downender
just forked out £77 for return train so £26 for match ticket is fairly inconsequential... be nice if we could get close to 1.5k
yarddog73
There will be 1500 there I'm sure.
Simpo
The Beehive is known as the away fans pub.
oafcmetty
Barnstormers supposed to be ok too, and closer to ground
aaronoafc
Is Barnstormers the closes to the ground that will let away fans in? Any idea how many sold for this? Says "selling well" on the official but Doesn't seem much buzz about it with us being bottom...
deyres42
Been a while since been down there but don't remember Beehive being a 15 minute walk from the ground.
welshgaz
550 sold. I know we're bottom but that is poor.
LaticsPete
550 sold. I know we're bottom but that is poor. Yeah, because everybody should be rushing to part with £26 more than a week before they need to.
welshgaz
Yeah, because everybody should be rushing to part with £26 more than a week before they need to. I don't dispute that. You reckon it will pick up then next week to a respectable figure which will be 1800 plus in my opinion.

LaticsPete
Doesn't concern me that much - and certainly don't think it's something to set arbitrary figures for. I'm going and folk can make their own minds up about their individual plans .

HarryBosch
Is it all ticket?
aaronoafc
Is it all ticket? According to the official tickets must be bought in advance yes, whether that includes buying at Bolton I'm not sure, the words "all ticket" aren't mentioned like Rochdale
Monty Burns
I don't dispute that. You reckon it will pick up then next week to a respectable figure which will be 1800 plus in my opinion. 550 two weeks early is well on track for 1800. Guest nonaenever
At start of season, a dozen of us were going to this one. That's now down to 3! The others have just lost interest because of how we've been playing. Personally, could not miss it just for sentimental reasons but I do understand their viewpoint.
