Forte_Baby
Anybody driving from Merseyside area, by any chance? If you can get to Chester plenty of direct train services to it
Dick_Valentine
If you can get to Chester plenty of direct train services to it Liverpool Lime St to Shrewsbury via Crewe. Time it right and get on with Latics fans at Crewe.
Flemboy
We are going and actually looking forwards to a game for a change now Shez is back.

al_bro
Does anyone know if the coaches park at the ground like Cheserfield, or some distance away?
Diego_Sideburns
Just picked up 4 tickets. Less than 100 sold so far, but as mentioned already it is POTD with no increased pricing.. Could be long queue at Shrews' away ticket booth.
disjointed
Does anyone know if the coaches park at the ground like Cheserfield, or some distance away? The car park at the ground is pretty big, I would have thought the coaches park there.
NewBlue
If you can get to Chester plenty of direct train services to it Ta. Replacement bus service to Chester from Liverpool at the moment though. Crewe might be better.
oafc1000
I'm going down with my old man. To say it was hard work going to home games that we had already paid for that is some turnaround really.
petera1
Ta. Replacement bus service to Chester from Liverpool at the moment though. Crewe might be better. Replacement bus is only between Liverpool and Birkenhead should only add about 20 minutes on a Saturday, train ok from there on to Chester
Andy-latic
Wasn't planning on going, but seems were taking an army, so I'm in!
MAC0AFC
I'm potentially there, only a small away end so will be packed even with 600 there
yarddog73
Be more than 600 there, loads of stayaways going and it's only just over an hour on train.
Chorlton_Latic
I went for the night game under Johnson a few years ago, not a fan of the ground at all and was in no rush to return, but there's nowt like a Latics away game when everyone is on song making a right racket, so I'm def in!! boundaryblue80
606 we'll take. 243 if Robinson was still in charge. Think we'll have more than that tbh, Be disappointed if it's under 800. You're correct about the :censored:e number we would've taken had Robboooooozzzzzzzz still been here. We all thought the same about the first return at Bradford away and it was a pretty standard following.
MAC0AFC
Doesn't really matter, with 600 there that stand will look packed and make a racket
sjk2008
We all thought the same about the first return at Bradford away and it was a pretty standard following. Wasnt it £24 a ticket and only a couple of days after Shez' appointment? This time it'll have been over a week, with a first victory already earned, and a Saturday trip to Shrewsbury instead of the usual Tuesday :censored: at only £20 whether you pay in advance or on the day. I don't think we will get close to 1000, but I'd be disappointed if we didn't get to 800.

Anyway, not many clubs getting 3000 and second bottom would take 1000 to somewhere as far and irrelevant as Shrewsbury, ever... Just feel there's a bit more of a buzz about this game now. And it's a biggie in terms of being a 6-pointer. PS I missed Bradford away last season due to a trip to the Lake District. So there's one less there right away ;) Plus the weather forecast for that day was snow which may have affected that Bradford game.
