NewBlue
First time the RRE has been reasonably full since becoming the proper home end. How was it? Looked very imposing, and both goals came attacking towards it...
Stagger Lee
Big question - was the Jimmy Frizzell stand acoustics better than the Chaddy end ?
super_blue
Sounded great last night...defo a packed stand behind a goal helps for the appeal shouts and pressures the ref as well!

Dick_Valentine
Yes a full rocking Jimmy Frizz stand looked good, how many will be back to hand over pound notes on Saturday I wonder??
deyres42
Crowd will be about the same with the large away following.

Combo
Will there be enough pairs of hands to support the big flag like they did last night? I suppose it's been so long since we had a decent crowd that they had forgotten how to unfurl it out properly.
NewBlue
We having the assumption that the first penalty we've had all season came in front of the biggest home crowd, at the end of the most-filled stand is no coincidence? I hope there are enough there for it to be unfurled regularly.

It has happened before it can happen again
welshgaz
I was sat in the MMU chaddy side and could barely hear the RRE.
HarryBosch
I was sat in the MMU chaddy side and could barely hear the RRE. I didn't want to be the miserable bastard who said it but, same from the Chaddy End end of the North Stand. Peterborough's 300 were quite loud though.... Peterborough's 300 were quite loud though.... So it seems the sound does not travel from one end of the ground to the other. I was sat in north stand RRE and did not hear a peep from them. Literally nothing. Not that they had much to shout about.

iamjonesyyoafc
I was sat in the RRE and didn't hear Peterborough fans at all for most of the game. Only time I can remember hearing them were appeals for a foul.Sound definitely doesn't travel.
piglinbland
Anyway, we can conclude that the atmosphere's decent and the ground looks pretty full when there's a 7,000 crowd. Imagine home games at the Ricoh?
boundaryblue80
It's no coincidence it happened in the game we got the ball and more than one player in the box at the same time Nor is it a coincidence that it took their 3rd foul in the box before the ref finally gave our one and only penalty. Diego_Sideburns
Nor is it a coincidence that it took their 3rd foul in the box before the ref finally gave our one and only penalty. Could the ref's reluctance be part of Shez's continuing punishment for abusing fellow-officials?

IceStationLatic
It looked like a proper home end, not one having its own private function under a stupid dipping roof. Some are biased based on old glories, but if both stands sing, one end is miles louder.... it's obvious. It was obvious to the players on the pitch - that's why it was changed, not the result of a survey.
