Nohairdontcare
As I said on another thread, usually I'm not one to be bothered by what a player is like off the pitch. But Stokes in a Latics shirt wouldn't be something I'd be overjoyed about. Good look to him elsewhere.
underdog
If he can stick on some blues suede shoes and get us out of the ghetto, I'm prepared to forgive the suspicious minds and hope he gives us a little less conversation and a little more action.... Oh well I tried, back to the kitchen sink I go Edited January 31, 2017 by underdog
LaticMark
Alan Nixon @reluctantnicko Hibs close to doing Antony Stokes. Got an extra hour.
OAFCM35
Hibs have failed in their attempt to bring back Anthony Stokes for a third spell. Boss Neil Lennon had been keen to sign the player on loan from Championship side Blackburn. But they were unable to agree a suitable deal in time to beat last nights transfer deadline. And Stokes will now remain at the Lancashire club for the remainder of this season.

Stevie_J
When you say "assault an Elvis impersonator" do you mean assaulting someone pretending to be Elvis, or pretending to be someone assaulting Elvis? The latter seems a very niche role for a party entertainer.
BP1960
True story, I was waiting at my Doctors surgery when I heard the receptionist call out for a 'Mr Elvis Smith'. After a minute with no response I took the once in a lifetime opportunity of informing the receptionist "Sorry, Elvis has left the building". ghostofcecere
Slightly off topic, but I find it bizarre you can appeal a red card but not a yellow one. I saw a Scottish game over the weekend where due to mistaken identity the wrong player was booked and there's nothing he can do.
