oafc-latics
Forgetting the countless times he fell over when he was one-on-one, his goal against MK Dons was an absolute beauty. Bought it down on the corner of the box and curled it with the outside of the boot. Ooft!

slystallone
Wasted talent. Basically he is prime example of the type who are (or were) more concerned with being seen and known as a footballer; than actually being one. And that Junior league system / standard sounds closer to the sunday league than it does to the professional game; no matter how its worded. What a waste
Dave_Og
But the fact remains he can buy and sell most who post on here several times over as more than enough profit from his property empire. So I doubt he will be to bothered if sober. All thats wrong with football. How does him building a successful business outside football demonstrate all that is wrong with football? Break The Silence
Grade A knob jockey. Just happened to be born moderately good at football.

Roger Ritchie
Everyone seems to think he was talented. He wasn't. He was average. Bang average. Give any average striker the amount of chances he got and they would score a similar amount.
jsslatic
He was talented. He was outstanding for Blackpool the year they went up. You don't do that by accident.

There is a :censored: adage that goes something like: form is temporary, class is permanent - which probably helps to sum up Parker's career. Sorry, some of the goals he scored for Blackpool including the one against us and that absolute screamer in the play off final are signs of huge talent. They were no flukes. Form is temporary etc applies for me when average strikers go through good goalscoring runs, the goals need not be anything special but they're in the right place at the right time. Keigan Parker had the ability, he just didn't do it for whatever reason.
