slystallone
Long ball to a dwarf. I just do not understand it. Rooney was Ok whilst here. He was on course for continuing his 1 in 3 career record. He was doing fine enough. Yep he's on a hot streak right now for his new club, but its no surprise. If he has decent enough service to work with, then he's going to be amongst the goal more often than not.

Lee Sinnott
One of our former players (who our manager said didn't fit into his plans and who some of our fans said his move was turning into a disaster for him and that Philliskirk was better than) looks like he's on his way to Wembley... Dave_Og
Here's an obscure one. Played golf today with Kenny Brady. Youth team player in Warnock's day, broke a kneecap and ended up at Hyde - now a player's agent looking after quite a few premiership players

laticsrblue
Tarky scores for Brentford Brentford might not have won without Tarky's opening goal, so even though he's no longer our player he can still play a big part in keeping us up by playing well against our relegation rivals and of course, dropping a clanger against us. His goal tonight might just be the one that keeps us up! Edited March 12, 2014 by laticsrblue

palmer1
If only we had Baxter and Tarky like last season then we would be in exactly the same position as ........last season, fighting relegation!

Uppermill Latics
Adam Rooney wins league cup for Aberdeen in penalty shoot-out! Had to laugh the commentators said there's no man you'd want to take a penalty rather than Rooney - seems to be over his Latics penalty miss! Dean Brill in goal for Inverness CT of course. Even if the keeper saves it's always viewed it as a missed penalty surely ?
