His League goals and assists made 6 pts difference (ie if he hadn't scored, and omitting goals where we'd still ahve won or lost if he hadn't scored.) 2 extra pts v Crawley and Bury, and his goal and assist got us 2 more pts v Exeter. We'd be 19th 6pts clear of relegations, and in some serious danger like you say. Edited February 6, 2019 by singe
Bristolatic
Good luck to the lad. I'm sure he'll get better and better as he matures and could be a real force in the Premier League in time to come.

They assume that whoever would have played in his place wouldn't have scored / assisted. In games where he didn't score, might someone else have scored?

So no, probably not...

Monty Burns
We would probably have a case in law as l would not have placed the bet, or maybe not as high an amount, had l been aware of the break clause.

jsslatic
So the excellent centre forward just went back to play Premier League rather than fourth division football. Still, obviously he was homesick/always pretending to be injured/signing for Preston/signing for Portsmouth/signing for Oxford/signing for Bradford. Dave_Og
I was there. Suspect I'd have ill-advisedly cheered if he'd bagged one.
